Their Story

This photoshoot is special to me. Why? Because before I was a photographer, I was a college minister. One day a friend and I were walking around a local campus, spreading the word about the new ministry I was starting. After a long day of inviting people, we took a break and sat in the cafe.

As we discussed about our semester goals and plans, a young lady turned to us from her table and introduced herself. Her name was Reese. She shared she wanted to join our ministry. Soon after, Reese’s boyfriend, Seth, joined us! We made a lot of memories together. This year, Seth proposed to Reese, and I had the honors to capture their engagement photos! Take a look!

This is one of my favorite photos from this shoot. The lighting, greenery, bridge, and their outfits all complimented each other. Also, I’m a sucker for artsy fartsy photos.
